We enjoyed the group’s active participation that night.  From the discussion, it seems as though the salient themes to address were:

    • Increase resources and funding for prevention, treatment, and recovery programs.
    • Reduce the stigma placed on individuals in need of treatment.
    • Increase parent/family support groups, resources, and education.
    • Reduce insurance barriers for treatment.
    • Improve the continuity of care/aftercare.
